Why Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a way of life. A life that is rooted in presence, acceptance and a non-judgemental mindset. Living a mindful lifestyle means being present in the now and responding consciously to the world around us instead of reacting to whatever challenges may come our way.
Mindfulness helps by calming down our nervous system in the midst of our hectic lives. It serves as an ancher to make sure we always come back to ourselves no matter how busy our day has been. If we are living a hectic lifestyle with days full of meetings, e-mails and deadlines it’s very easy for the body to go into what we call fight-or-flight mode. That means shallow breathing, a high pulse and a raising heartbeat. Although an alert system can be beneficial short term - ie. during a presentation - it takes it’s toll on the body long term. Symptoms such as burnout, brain fog, a weak immune system etc. will eventually start to appear. Mindfulness helps the body by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which causes us to calm back down.
Meditation & Breathwork
Meditation and breathwork are mindfulness techniques. These tools help calm down our nervous system, slow down our pulse and make us less vulnerable to stress and other lifestyle ailnments. To most people meditating sounds hard and even stressful, but it doesn’t have to be that complicated. Simply sitting down a few minutes a day will have an enourmous effect on the nervous system.

About me
My name is Sarjeet Dagar. I am a Mindfulness Coach & Breathwork Instructor.
In my work I provide online sessions where I help clients overcome mental and physical health problems through meditation, conscious breathing, and coaching.
I grew up with meditation being a part of my family life. Both my parents follow their personal meditation practice initiated from their Guru. In India meditation and seva (selfless service) is an integrated part of our culture and I believe it helps to bring the right balance into our lives. I love working with clients who are both new to meditation and experienced meditators dedicated to heal and deepen their practice with new perspectives. Meditation can help relieve stress, anxiety, depression and provide inner healing. I welcome anyone interested in healing and self-development to work with me on a one-on-one basis.
My goal is to get to know you in order to put together a sequence of sessions that will provide the specific support you need. My approach is heart-centered and you will feel completely safe to be your authentic self with me. I will be here as your guide and confidant throughout the whole process. Together we'll map out your desired goals and work towards them step by step in order to bring love, laughter, joy and harmony back into your life!

Healing from the trauma!
